A teacher selected from BPSC in Gopalganj died on Wednesday. Just two days ago, she had joined the school as a teacher. The deceased was Kalpana Mishra, a resident of Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. Kalpana Mishra had taken charge at Baldev Singh Inter College located in Majha Gosai under Phulwariya block area. Colleague teachers say that she had contributed as a teacher in the school only two days ago.

Regarding the incident, Principal of Baldev Singh Inter College, Virendra Singh said that on February 12, Gorakhpur resident Kalpana Mishra had contributed to the school. At the time of his contribution, his health was looking bad, upon which the school teachers suggested him to get better treatment. The teacher received first aid at Mirganj Hospital, after which her condition started deteriorating. Seeing Kalpana Mishra’s deteriorating condition, the doctors referred her to Gorakhpur. Family members told that there was no significant improvement in his condition even in Gorakhpur.

Family members told that when her condition did not improve even in Gorakhpur, on the advice of doctors, Kalpana’s husband left for AIIMS Delhi with her. Family members told that teacher Kalpana Mishra died as soon as she reached Delhi. After this incident, under the leadership of Baldev Singh Inter College Principal Virendra Singh and other teachers, a condolence meeting was organized in the school premises for the peace of the soul of the late teacher. When asked about the cause of death, the family members did not tell anything, but all the school staff want to know what happened to them that they died so soon.
