For the last 3 days, the young man is in the hospital in the same condition. In a tied condition, this patient is now seen dragging here and there in the hospital and crawling on the ground.

The staff present in the hospital say that this patient starts running here and there and this causes trouble to other patients. That’s why this patient has to be kept tied with ropes. The hospital staff argued that the youth appeared to be mentally challenged and had been referred to mental doctors for his treatment.

When the doctors of the Mental Department of Sadar Hospital Hajipur were contacted for tying the patient lying in a tied condition in the hospital for 3 days with a rope and not giving him treatment, the officials said that they did not give any information about such a patient.
