Leader of Opposition Vijay Sinha said that if the tradition is broken then the rule will also be broken. Our demand is that the Bihar government should not increase the electricity bill. The rates that have been proposed should be withdrawn. This will have a big impact on the pockets of the poor people.
Retorting, Vijender Yadav said how much will you say. Electricity bill was not increased in Bihar for 4 years. It is decided by the Regulatory Commission. It is guaranteed that the poor will not suffer. Bihar government is taking care of it.
BJP MLA started creating ruckus after coming to Well

After this the BJP MLAs started banging the table. Seeing the MLAs banging the table, some policemen reached there and grabbed the table. BJP MLAs started protesting in bell by clapping. Here, four policemen stood by pressing the table so that the BJP MLA could not bang the table. After this, the Speaker said that there cannot be any kind of debate on the court. Giving advice to the BJP MLAs, he said that the public has sent you, there is a need to learn something here, so you people should learn something. Don’t create ruckus like this.
