On Wednesday morning, a yellow alert has been issued for rain and thunderstorm in 12 districts including Champaran, Darbhanga. The weather department says that there is a forecast of light to moderate thunderstorm and lightning in one to three hours in some parts of West Champaran, East Champaran, Darbhanga, Gopalganj, Siwan, Sitamarhi, Shivhar, Madhubani, Muzaffarpur, Rohtas, Aurangabad, Kaimur. The weather department has issued a yellow alert in these areas.
