Not only this, water has risen on the river front of Patna. Bind Toli area near Kurji in the capital has become completely submerged. Flood water has entered the Ganga Tower near LCT Ghat. According to the report, flood water is spreading in the low-lying areas of 20 blocks of Patna. Patna District Magistrate Dr. Chandrashekhar Singh said that the water level of the rivers is under observation. The low-lying areas are being continuously monitored.
