Along with Patna, weather patterns are seen changing in most of the districts of Bihar. The weather has once again taken a U-turn with drizzling rain and icy winds. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert for this. Changing weather can have the biggest impact on children and the elderly. Cold wave conditions have also been seen in many districts. Intermittent drizzle continues since night in Patna, Araria, Siwan, Bhojpur, Nalanda, Katihar, Buxar, Darbhanga, Jehanabad and Sheikhpura. It is cloudy in these districts since morning and it is raining. Along with this, the Meteorological Department has today issued a yellow alert regarding rain, lightning and thunder in 26 districts of the state. This includes Patna, Bhojpur, Begusarai, Arwal, Jehanabad, East Champaran, West Champaran, Gopalganj, Kaimur, Rohtas, Aurangabad. Apart from this, alert has also been issued for Gaya Siwan, Sitamarhi, Shivhar, Madhubani, Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga, Saran, Vaishali, Samastipur, Buxar, Nalanda, Sheikhpura, Lakhisarai and Nawada.

Gaya district was the coldest with 7.6 degrees Celsius during the last 24 hours. The highest maximum temperature was 27.8 degrees Celsius in Aurangabad. The minimum temperature of Patna was recorded at 10.3 degrees Celsius.
