Expansion

Women have also been infamous in the robbery of other states, but last year Bihar saw the first robbery. On December 3, during the robbery of one crore jewelery at Heera Jewellers, Mohanpur in Samastipur city, his body was seen in the CCTV footage. Now after his arrest his face too. He is young. Gang runs. And, is typical Bihari. You probably know these things. But, in this news, on the basis of investigation, we are bringing three other miracles of that robber Anjali Kumari in front – 1. She went to jail for plotting the murder of her first lover. 2. She came out of jail on bail proving herself to be a ‘minor’ on the basis of papers. 3. He is more expert in courtship than any normal boy.

Wasn’t named in the murder, name added in investigation

On June 10, 2021, at around 11.15 am, Hasanpur police station of Samastipur was informed that a dead body of a young man was found behind the school of Dhabolia village. The deceased was identified as Mithilesh Kumar alias Lalu, son of Chandrashekhar Ram of the same village. Lalu’s father nominated the wife of Sakhwa panchayat headman Kari Sah, his six sons, and Kari Tanti’s son. All were his villagers. At the end of the application for the FIR, there was a one line mention that Lalu was having a love affair with Kari Sah’s daughter Anjali Kumari. When the police engaged in research, it came to light that Anjali had knowingly called Lalu on the pretext of calling her from her mother’s mobile on the night of June 7-8. He knew about Lalu’s assassination. Meaning, in legal language, she was a part of this conspiracy of murder. When these things came to light during the investigation, the police arrested Anjali and sent her to jail.

Took bail after proving minor

During the investigation of ‘Amar Ujala’, it came to light that the party which appeared in the court to defend the accused of this murder case was more intelligent. Kari Sah’s family members kept getting relief on one or the other basis in this murder done after badly beaten up. During the investigation, the Hasanpur police station chief told that now only one son of Kari Sah, Krishna Kumar Sah, is in jail. The rest have got bail. On what basis Anjali was granted bail, even the Hasanpur police station chief could not tell. When a call was made to the mobile number of the deceased, his brother picked up the call. She told that perhaps she left on the pretext of being young. Then the father of the deceased also said the same thing. When ‘Amar Ujala’ took information from the lawyer of this side, he told that he proved himself juvenile on the basis of medical documents. Now the big question lies ahead. According to Amit Kumar, DSP Headquarters, Samastipur, “After his arrest in the Heera Jewelers robbery case, when the police presented him in the court, he has given his age as 20 years in the confessional statement under section 164 of CrPC.” According to the DSP, if he retracts from this statement given in the court, there may be another case. In such a situation, the big question will arise here that if she is accepting her age of 20 years before the court in the robbery case in January 2023, then which document did she give to save herself from the murder case in November 2022? Anjali is known to have passed matriculation in 2018. Now the police will confirm one thing by extracting her certificate from the Bihar Board that when she became an adult. If the document showing minor in the murder case is proved to be wrong, then those who made it as well as those who presented it will be guilty by law. The Hasanpur police station chief herself is a woman, she said – “She does not appear to be a minor from any angle, but what documents would have been presented in the court – it has to be seen.”

Boys also became disciples in Yarana

The big question that came up during the investigation is whether a minor girl can be so clever that she can make friendship with other youths within a year and a half after recovering from the murder of her lover. In the jail, he made such a relationship with a young man named Krishna that he started walking according to his planning as soon as he came out of the jail. It is not right to go into the depth of the relationship between the two, but it was also seen by the employees of Heera Jewelers that Anjali was leading the robbery. All were executing the loot at his behest. It may not be possible for a minor girl to get out of jail in November and carry out such a big incident in the beginning of December itself.
