A youth resident of Mohalla Nai Basti Hathora of Jalesar police station area in Etah, Uttar Pradesh has been missing for two days. On Sunday morning, his bike was found in Bamba of Akarabad village of the area. The family has expressed suspicion of murder. A report has been lodged against the girl’s parents saying it was a case of love affair. While all the members of the accused family are absconding.
Mohalla resident Aslam has lodged the report. Told that the father of a girl from the town called his son Sohil at home on Saturday. From there Sohil told that the girl’s father had locked her in a room. Also send its video and some photos. He also talked about threatening him with a gun. When Sohil did not return till noon, we informed the police station. Videos and photos were also given, but the Kotwali police did not show any activity.
The family alleges that if the police had been active, the young man could have been traced. After finding the bike on Sunday, based on Aslam’s complaint, the police have registered a report against the girl’s father and mother. When we reached his house to investigate, we found it locked. Police station in-charge Amit Kumar said that the report has been registered. Search is on for the missing youth.
Name of former District Panchayat member coming
The name of a former District Panchayat member is also coming up in the whole matter. Aslam clearly says that these people have called him home and murdered his son. The former District Panchayat member has a hand in this. When I went to him on Saturday, he said that Sohil was with me and would send him home by evening. Then he kept procrastinating again and again.
The girl’s family abused her and sent her away
Aslam told that after the son did not return and after seeing the messages and videos, we went to the girl’s house on Saturday itself, but there her parents clearly said that Sohil had not come there. They abused us and chased us away.
