Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover met on the sets of the film ‘Alone’. Both of them became good friends during the shooting of the film and kept meeting each other even later.
Before meeting Karan Singh Grover, Bipasha was in a relationship with actor John Abraham. Both of them dated each other for ten years but their relationship ended in the year 2011.
Karan Singh Grover had already been married twice. Karan first divorced Shraddha Nigam and married actress Jennifer Winget but later divorced her too.
Despite all this, Karan Singh Grover and Bipasha Basu made each other companions. Karan had proposed Bipasha for marriage in a very special way.
In an old interview given to IDWA, Bipasha herself had revealed that she had gone to Koh Samui to celebrate the New Year. On the night of 31st December, the sky was shining with fireworks and the actress was capturing those fireworks on camera. Then Karan proposed her for marriage by wearing a ring.
Today the couple has been married for 8 years and they are living a happy married life with their daughter Devi. The couple often shares romantic pictures with each other.
On the occasion of the wedding anniversary, Bipasha has posted a beautiful photo with husband Karan and has also written a special note. The actress wrote- ‘My everything. 8 years from the day we officially became husband and wife. Time passed very fast. Thank you for loving me more every day.
Karan Singh Grover has also written a special note for his wife and wished her for the wedding anniversary. Karan wrote- ‘Happy official anniversary Monkey! Thank you for being mine. Thank you for the way you love me. It feels like we met yesterday and at the same time it feels like we’ve been together our whole lives, our whole lives. Thank you for this feeling of love overflowing in the heart! I love you.’
Let us tell you that Karan and Bipasha first had a registered marriage on 28th April and then tied the knot after taking seven rounds on 30th April. In such a situation, the couple celebrates two wedding anniversaries every year.
