Mo. Rahat informed that biryani is prepared here only in Moradabadi method. The spices used in making it are special spices of Moradabad. That’s why it tastes so good. Here the rate is fixed at Rs 240 per kg. There are 8 pieces and rice in it. After that half kg is 120 rupees and four pieces chicken. Whereas 250 grams of biryani comes in a cover plate, its price is Rs 60. It contains two pieces of chicken.
