Black hole started swallowing a star like Sun, NASA shared the video, people were surprised to see

Whatever is born has to be destroyed one day or the other. Something similar happens in the case of wires also. According to science, there are many black holes in the universe, which eat stars. This is a place in the solar system where any planet loses its existence. Meaning gets destroyed. The gravity at this place is so high that even light cannot come out. Humans cannot see black holes with the naked eye. But American space agency NASA has shared a video, in which a black hole is seen gnawing on a huge star like the Sun. People are surprised to see this.

Scientists using NASA’s Neil Gehrels Swift Observatory, launched in 2004, discovered this black hole in a distant galaxy, which is repeatedly munching on a star the size of the Sun. What scientists at the University of Leicester, UK, found after analyzing data from the satellite’s X-ray telescope was surprising. Team member Phil Evans said, black hole explosion is usually seen when a star gets absorbed into the black hole. But this is unique. An eruption is visible approximately every 25 days. It means clearly that the hungry black hole is not swallowing the star, but is gnawing on it. Every time the star is getting partially destroyed.

Trying to swallow like a hungry lion
This video has been shared on social media platform X from @NASAUniverse account. You can see how the black hole is attacking the star again and again. Trying to take it in his mouth like a hungry lion. Scientists have named this star Swift J0230, which is destroying very fast. Then it starts glowing for 10 days. Phil Evans told that this star is as huge as the Sun and is revolving in an elliptical orbit near a low-mass black hole.

After all, how would the competition take place?
According to NASA scientists, when a star gets too close to a monstrous black hole, gravitational forces create intense tides that break the star into streams of gas. Its front part starts rotating around the black hole and the rear part escapes from it to a great extent. From this collision a glow comes out, which we see as light. Every time this star passes near a black hole, the outer gaseous part breaks up and falls. The remaining part starts circling again. This continues until the star loses most of the gas. And in the end it completely gets absorbed into the black hole.
