A woman was seriously injured in a bomb blast in Buxar. The incident is of Baldeva village of Itadhi police station area. The injured woman is said to be Shanti Devi (65 years), wife of Baldeva resident Ramnath Ram, who is currently being treated in Banaras.
How did the bomb blast happen?
In relation to the incident, relatives say that after waking up in the morning, Shanti Devi went to the kitchen to make tea at around 4 am. In the process of making tea, she started beating the jaggery kept in the house by taking it to the fold kept on the roof of the house. But as soon as he hit that jaggery bowl with a stick, the bomb exploded. Because what Shanti Devi was considering as jaggery bheli was not jaggery but a bomb. The villagers said that the explosion was so strong that people from far away got scared by the blast.
The condition of the injured woman is critical
Shanti Devi was admitted to the Sadar Hospital in an injured condition, but seeing her serious condition, the doctors sent her to Varanasi for better treatment. According to doctors, the condition of Shanti Devi is very serious.
FSL team and bomb disposal squad are investigating
As soon as the incident was reported, the local police reached the spot. SP Manish Kumar called FSL team and bomb disposal squad and searched the house but no objectionable material was found inside the house. The FSL team has collected bomb fragments and some samples from the spot which have been taken for testing. Police is interrogating two people in custody.
