National Voluntary Blood Donation Day is being celebrated on Tuesday in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. On this occasion, blood donation camps were organized at three places by Amar Ujala Foundation. The collected blood will be used to treat cancer, thalassemia, anemic, pregnant and abandoned patients. Blood donors were given citations from the Foundation and certificates from the Blood Bank. CMO Dr. Arun Srivastava has appealed to the people to donate blood to save the lives of patients.
Camps are set up here
- Amar Ujala Office Guru Ka Tal Sikandra: 9 am to 4 pm.
- SN Medical College Blood Bank: 9 am to 6 pm.
- District Hospital Blood Bank: 9 am to 6 pm.
These people can donate blood:
- Weigh more than 45 kg.
- Men and women aged between 18 to 65 years.
- Hemoglobin 12.5 to g/dl. be more than.
- It must have been 90 days since you donated blood.
