He said, ‘My body is my weapon and even at the age of 75, I am fit. I can still shoulder 2-4 people. I still like to stand in front of the mirror and we all should do the same.

This shows that the actor does yoga like Surya Namaskar every day. He also keeps himself away from things like cigarettes and takes proper care of his diet.

1. Aerobic Exercise
According to health experts, walk for 30 minutes daily. Another good aerobic exercise is cycling. If you like swimming then you can also make it a part of your workout. However, long distance running should be avoided.
2. Strength Training
One exercise is strength training. This is considered a very good exercise. In this you can do push-ups or squats, as well as lift weights like dumbbells. This helps in building fitness of the body.
3. Stretching
The third exercise is stretching, which helps in improving the stiff joints at this age. There is more fear of falling at this age. In such a situation, balancing by standing on one leg can be more beneficial.
