Ingredients for making linseed laddoos
Flax seeds – 2 cups
Flour – 2 cups
Gum (edible) – 3 tbsp
Almonds – 2 tbsp
Pistachios – 2 tbsp
Chironji – 2 tbsp
Melon seeds – 2 tbsp
Coconut Bura – 3 tbsp
Walnuts – 4-5
Cardamom – 7-8
Sugar – 2 cups
Desi ghee – 1 bowl

How to make linseed laddoos
To make linseed laddoos, first take a pan and add 4 tbsp of desi ghee and heat it on medium flame. When the ghee melts, put gum in it and fry it. After this, take out the fried gum in a plate and break them. After this add wheat flour to the remaining ghee and roast it on a low flame. The flour has to be baked till its color turns golden brown. After this, turn off the gas and take out the flour in a utensil.

Now put linseed seeds in the same pan and dry roast them on low flame. In 5 minutes the linseed will get roasted well. After this put the linseed in the mixer and grind it coarsely. Now put ghee in a pan, add walnuts, chironji and melon seeds and fry them. After taking out these ingredients in a vessel, add finely chopped almonds and pistachios to the pan and fry them.

Lastly, put 1 teaspoon oil in the pan and add coarsely ground linseed and fry it and then take it out in a big bowl. Now put water and sugar in a pan and keep it for heating. Meanwhile, in a big mixing bowl add linseed, roasted flour, gum, dry fruits, cardamom and coconut powder and mix it. After this, when it becomes like sugar syrup, add it to this mixture and mix.
After mixing the prepared mixture well, take them in your hands and tie them round and round. Keep the prepared laddoos separately in a plate. After some time the linseed laddoos will be set. Tasty and healthy linseed laddoos are ready. They can be eaten at any time.
