During an interview with Connect FM Canada, Boney Kapoor said that ‘I give all the credit for my weight loss to my children. My children are more worried about my health than me. They take full care of whether I am taking proper care of my fitness or not. Jhanvi, Khushi, Arjun and Anshula all call me every day.
Boney Kapoor further says that ‘I have lost 15 kg in the last 6 to 8 months. Now I have started paying attention to my fitness. I eat home food. I take healthy food. I sleep on time and get good sleep.
