Brain movement after death, scientists were surprised, now research is going on what happens after death

Scientists of America’s ‘Michigan University’ have said a strange thing about the human mind. Scientists of this university claim that when a person goes to the mouth of death, during that whole activity there is a strange activity in his brain. Just before this similar activity was seen in the brains of animals. When his heartbeat had stopped and his brain was still working. Capturing those last moments of any human or animal is a precious thing. At the same time, finding out what is going on in their mind before they die is a big deal in itself. Because it is very difficult to describe anything at that time.

Only last year, scientists for the first time recorded the waves occurring in the brain of a dying person. In sad situations, there is a special type of activity in the brain which is pained in the spike record and named as gamma wave. On the other hand, in another research, before death, activity was happening in the brain of two patients so fast that it seemed that there would be a blast in the brain. Year 2013 Neurologist Jimo Borjigin and colleagues are finding out whether there is the same type of activity in the brain of all humans at the time of death. But they found this similarity in rats. He argued that the waking state of animals is much higher than that of the human mind. Along with this, it has also been recorded in this report that the experiences of those who have come back from death after cardiac arrest have also been included in it.

What does the research paper say

Borjigin and his colleagues have written in their new paper, in view of this conclusion, we decided to find out about the activity that happens in the human brain before death. The team reviewed cases from the University of Michigan Academic Medical Center at Michigan Medicine of patients who died in the neuro-intensive care unit since 2014. He identified two out of four fainting patients who died while doctors were still monitoring them, either from cardiac arrest or brain hemorrhage. Electroencephalographic (EEG) recordings revealed rapid bursts of gamma waves in one part of the brain that spread through long-range connections in both hemispheres. These were not the effects of cardiac arrest but were activities prior to death.

lack of oxygen in the human brain

It has also been said in this research that after death there is a lack of oxygen in the human brain. Because of which the brain starts dying slowly. Actually, the brain remains alive for some time even after the human heart stops. When there is a shortage of oxygen, then slowly the human brain dies.
