Ingredients to make Bread Pakora
Bread slices – 8
Potato – 3-4
Gram flour – 1 cup
Rice flour – 1 tbsp
Green chili – 1-2
Green coriander – 2 tbsp
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Dry mango powder 1/4 tsp
Baking soda – 1 pinch
Oil – for frying
salt – as per taste

Bread Pakora Recipe
To make bread pakoda, first boil the potatoes and peel them and mash them in a big bowl. After this, finely chop green chillies and coriander leaves. After this add green chilies, green coriander, red chili powder, cumin powder, dry mango powder, garam masala and salt as per taste to the mashed potatoes and mix all the ingredients well.

Now mix gram flour and rice flour in a deep bowl. Mix a pinch of baking soda, a quarter teaspoon of red chili powder and a little salt in it. Now add water little by little and make a batter. Keep in mind that the solution should not be too thick or too thin. After this, take two bread slices and spread the prepared masala on top of one of them. After this place the second bread on top and press lightly.

After this, with the help of a knife, cut the bread into triangular pieces. Similarly take all the bread and fill the stuffing and prepare the bread for the pakoras. Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, take the prepared bread and after dipping them in gram flour solution, put them in the pan for frying. Add bread pakoras according to the capacity of the pan.
Now fry the bread pakoras for 2-3 minutes, till they turn golden in color from both the sides and the pakoras become crispy. After this, take out the bread pakoras in a plate. Similarly deep fry all the bread pakoras. Now serve bread pakoras with tomato sauce.
