Ingredients to make Eggless Omelette
Gram flour – 1 cup
Onion – 1
Tomato – 1
Green chili – 1
Green coriander – 2 tbsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Black pepper – 1/4 tsp
Ajwain – 1/4 tsp
oil – as required
salt – as per taste

Eggless Omelet Recipe
To make eggless omelette, first finely chop onion, tomato, green chilli and coriander. After this, put gram flour in a big mixing bowl. Add chopped onions, green chilies, tomatoes to it and mix. After this, mix green coriander, black pepper powder and celery in this mixture. After adding salt as per taste to the mixture, prepare a thin batter by adding water little by little.

Now take a nonstick pan/tawa and heat it on medium heat. When the tawa becomes hot, put a little oil in the middle of it and spread it all around. After this, take the prepared solution in a bowl and put it in the middle of the griddle and spread it round with the help of the bowl. Now put some oil around the edges and top of the omelette and roast it. After some time, turn the omelette over and roast it on the other side by applying oil. Fry the eggless omelet till it becomes golden and crispy from both the sides. Similarly, make eggless omelette from all the batter. Now serve them with chutney or tomato sauce.
