Ingredients to make Paneer Paratha
Flour – 1 to 2 cups
Ghee or refined oil – 2 tbsp
Paneer – 250 grams
Green chili – 2 finely chopped
Onion – 1 chopped
water – as required
coriander leaves – finely chopped
salt – to taste
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Ghee or oil – for roasting the parathas
Ajwain – 1/4 tsp
Mango – 1/4 tsp

Paneer Paratha Recipe
First knead the dough. Put the flour in a utensil and knead it adding water little by little. Dough should not be very hard and tight. Leave it for 15 to 20 minutes after kneading it. Prepare paneer masala for stuffing in flour. For this finely chop green chilies, coriander leaves, onions. Now take paneer in a bowl and mash it well. Add chopped chili, onion, coriander leaves to it and mix. Now add spices and salt and mix well.

Now take a medium sized ball of dough and roll it slightly. Put one to one and a half teaspoon paneer mixture in it and fold the dough from all sides and stick it. Make it round and roll it with the help of a rolling pin. Roll out 4-5 parathas at once. Keep the griddle on the gas. When it becomes hot, put one paratha and roast it from both the sides. Apply refined or ghee and cook till it turns golden brown. Take out in a plate and serve hot with curd, red or green sauce, coriander chutney, pickle or anything.
