Ingredients to make Banana Bread
Ripe bananas – 4-5
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Flour – 1 cup
Butter/Oil – 3/4 cup
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Baking soda – 1 tsp
Cinnamon – 1/4 tsp
Walnuts – 3/4 cup
Sugar – 1 cup
Salt – 1 pinch

Banana Bread Recipe
To make Banana Bread, first take bananas and peel them and cut them into pieces. Keep in mind that only ripe bananas should be used for bread. Now put the banana pieces in a big bowl and add 1 cup of sugar on top and mash both of them well. You can use a blender for this. Mash it until smooth puree of banana and sugar is ready.

Now add three-fourths of oil to the banana puree and mix (if you are not vegan, you can also use butter instead of oil). After putting the oil in the puree, add vanilla essence to it and mix it well. Then add maida, wheat flour, baking soda and baking powder and mix well. Add cinnamon powder and a pinch of salt to it. Blend it in such a way that no lumps remain in the puree.

When the puree is well prepared, add walnuts to it and mix well. Now take a bread tray or bread mold and grease it with oil. After this, put the previously made banana puree in it and put butter paper below. After this, tap the tray/mould lightly on the ground twice so that bubbles do not form due to air in the batter. After this place the tray in the preheated oven and bake at 180 degree Celsius for 40 minutes. After this, take out the tray and cool it. Finally, cut the bread with the help of a knife and serve them.
