Ingredients to make Chili Garlic Tofu
Tofu cubes – 2 cups
Capsicum – 1
Onion – 1
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Chili sauce – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Vinegar – 1/2 tsp
Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp
Corn flour – 2 tbsp
Flour – 1 tbsp
Soya sauce – 1 tsp
oil – as required
salt – as per taste

How to make Chili Garlic Tofu
To make Chili Garlic Tofu, add corn flour and all-purpose flour in a big mixing bowl and mix them well. After this add a little salt to this mixture and mix. Now prepare a batter adding water little by little. After this, take the tofu cubes and put them in the prepared batter and keep them immersed for 2 minutes.

Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, take out the tofu from the batter and put them in the oil and deep fry them. Meanwhile, take a bowl and mix chili sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and tomato sauce together and keep it aside. After this, take out the fried tofu and keep it in a bowl. Now cut capsicum and onion also into small square pieces.

Now put some oil in the pan and add onion and capsicum and fry it. When the vegetables are lightly fried, add mixed sauce to it and mix well with the help of a spoon.
