Paneer – 1/2 cup
Butter – 2 tsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Onion – 1
Tomato – 1
Capsicum – 1
Green chili – 1
Ginger – a small piece
Garlic – 1-2 cloves
coriander leaves – finely chopped
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
salt – to taste
