Ingredients to make Paneer Rosti

Curd- 2 cups
Semolina- 2 cups
Paneer- 200 grams
Ginger- 1 small piece
Chopped onion- 1
Chopped capsicum – 1-2
Finely chopped carrots- 1
Finely chopped green chillies – 2-3
Chopped Garlic – 3-4 cloves
Chopped beans – 2 cups
Chili flakes- 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder- 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder- 2 tsp
Oil- 3 spoons (approximately)
Cumin- 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder- 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves- 7-8
Mustard seeds- 1 teaspoon
Water- as per requirement
Salt- as per taste

How to make Paneer Rosti

To make flavourful Paneer Rosti, first put semolina and curd in a bowl. Then add one cup of water in it and mix properly. After this, place the pan on the gas and add one spoon oil in it, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves and fry for a few seconds. Now add green chilli, garlic, ginger and onion and fry for a few seconds. When they become golden brown, add chopped capsicum, beans, carrots and fry for a while.

When it is roasted well, add chilli flakes, salt, coriander powder, black pepper powder and fry for one to two minutes. Now grate the cheese and add it. Mix it well with spices and cook for one to two minutes. Add salt also. Now turn off the gas and let the mixture cool down. Add the cheese mixture to the mixture made of semolina and curd and mix well. If it becomes too thick then add some water.
