Ingredients to make Paneer Cutlet
Paneer crumble – 2 cups
Potato boiled – 1
Onion chopped – 2 tbsp
Carrot grated – 2 tbsp
Green chili chopped – 2
Ginger paste – 1/2 tsp
Dry mango – 1/2 tsp
Green coriander – 2 tbsp
Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
Corn flour – 2 tbsp
Bread crumbs – 1 cup
Oil – for frying
salt – as per taste

for flour paste
Corn flour – 1/4 cup
Flour – 2 tbsp
Black peppercorns – 1/4 tsp

Paneer Cutlet Recipe
To make paneer cutlets full of taste, take a mixing bowl and put paneer powder in it. After this take a boiled potato, peel it and mash it too and put it in a bowl. Now add finely chopped onions, grated carrots, chopped green chillies, green coriander and mix them all well. Now add ginger paste, red chili powder, dry mango powder, garam masala and salt as per taste to this mixture and mix it well.
When this mixture mixes well, add 2 more tablespoons of corn flour and mix it well to make a soft stuffing. You can also increase or decrease the quantity of cornflour as per the requirement. After this keep the prepared mixture aside. Now take another utensil and add 1/4 cup corn flour, all purpose flour, black pepper, salt as per taste and 1/4 cup water and mix well and prepare the batter.

Now grease your hands with oil and then take the prepared mixture in your hands and make cutlets out of it. After this, dip the cutlets in the flour solution and then put them in the bread crumbs and wrap them well from all sides and keep them in a plate. In the same way prepare all the paneer cutlets one by one and keep them on a plate. Keep in mind that the bread crumbs should be well wrapped in the cutlet.

Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, put the prepared paneer cutlets in it and deep fry them according to the capacity of the pan. Fry the cutlets till they turn golden brown in color from both the sides. After this, take out the cutlets in a plate. Similarly deep fry all the cutlets. Tasty paneer cutlets are ready for breakfast. Serve them with green chutney or tomato sauce.
