Ingredients for making Gobi Paneer Paratha
Maida – 2 cups
Wheat flour – 2 cups
Onion – 1
Tomato – 2
Cauliflower grated – 1 cup
Grated paneer – 3/4 cup
Ajwain – 1 tsp
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Kasuri fenugreek – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Grated ginger – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Garlic – 4-5 cloves
Gram flour – 1 tsp
Green coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Green chili – 1-2
oil – as needed
salt – as per taste

Cabbage Paneer Paratha Recipe
To make Gobi Paneer Paratha, first grate cauliflower and paneer. After this finely chop or grate the ginger. Then finely chop onion, tomato, garlic, green chili, coriander. Now put 1 teaspoon oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, add cumin seeds, green chilies to it. When cumin starts crackling, add grated ginger, garlic and fry it for 1 minute.
After this add finely chopped onion to the spices and fry till it turns light pink. After this, add chopped tomatoes to it and cook them till they become soft. Now add grated cauliflower to it and let it cook on low flame for 2 minutes. After this add grated paneer and fry while stirring with a ladle. After cooking for 1-2 minutes, add all the dry spices and mix well. Then add gram flour and salt as per taste.

Now fry the whole mixture for 2-3 minutes, then add kasoori methi, green coriander. After cooking it for 1 minute, turn off the gas. The masala for the stuffing of the paratha is ready. Now add wheat flour and all purpose flour in a mixing bowl and mix both (you can use only wheat flour if you want). Add celery, 2 spoons of oil and a little oil to it and mix. Now add water little by little and knead the dough and keep it aside for 10 minutes.

After the fixed time, knead the dough once again and make balls out of it. After this, keep a nonstick pan/tawa on medium flame for heating. In the meantime, roll out one dough ball. Place the stuffing in the middle of it and then roll the paratha by closing the mouth from all sides. Put the paratha on the griddle and roast it. After applying oil on its upper side, turn it over and then roast it by applying oil on the other side.
The paratha has to be roasted from both the sides till it becomes golden and crispy. After this take out the paratha in a plate. Similarly, prepare cauliflower paneer parathas one by one with all the spices. Delicious Gobi Paneer Paratha is ready for breakfast. Serve it with green chutney, tomato sauce or curd.
