Makhana (1 cup)
Potatoes (4 boiled)
Green chili (2 finely chopped)
Peanuts (2 tbsp roasted)
Saunf (1 tsp)
coriander (finely chopped)
Chaat Masala (1 tsp)
Garam Masala Powder (1/2 tsp)
Red chili powder (1/4 tsp)
Black salt (2 tsp)
Ghee (4 tbsp)
Refined oil (1/2 cup)
Makhana Cutlet Recipe
To make makhana cutlets, first fry the makhana with ghee and let it cool. After cooling, grind it coarsely. Now mash it with boiled potatoes. Add green chilies, fennel, peanuts, coriander, chaat masala, red chili powder, garam masala, black salt to it. Now mix it well.
Now take small balls of this mixture and shape them into cutlets or patties. Now put a pan on the gas and heat ghee or oil in it. Fry the prepared cutlets in it till they turn golden. Now turn it over and fry it evenly on the other side as well. Serve ready cutlets hot with sauce or your favorite chutney.
