Ingredients for Mix Vegetable Soup
Green leafy onion chopped – 2 tbsp
Carrot chopped – 1
Beans chopped – 5-6
Capsicum chopped – 1/2
Cabbage chopped – 2-3 tbsp
Garlic cloves chopped – 3
Peas – 2 tbsp
Sweet corn – 2 tbsp
Mixed herbs – 1/2 tsp
Chili flakes – 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Ginger chopped – 1 inch piece
Vinegar – 1 tbsp
Corn flour – 1 tsp
Oil – 3 tsp
salt – as per taste

Mix Vegetable Soup Recipe
To make mixed vegetable soup, first finely chop all the vegetables including carrots, garlic cloves, green onions, cabbage one by one. After this, put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, add chopped garlic cloves, ginger and leafy onions to it and fry everything lightly for 1-2 minutes.

Now add finely chopped beans, carrots and capsicum to it and cook all the ingredients for 1 minute. After this add finely chopped cabbage, peas and sweet corn and fry everything for about 2 minutes. After this add 4 cups of water and salt as per taste and mix it well. Now cover the soup with a pan and cook it well for about 5 minutes.

Cook and boil the vegetables till they become soft. After this, put 1 teaspoon of corn flour in a small bowl and add one-fourth cup of water to it. Mix it properly and put this solution in the soup and boil it for 3-4 minutes, until the soup becomes thick. Now mix vinegar, mixed herbs, chili flakes and black pepper powder in the soup. After cooking for 1 minute, turn off the gas. Mix vegetable soup rich in taste and nutrition is ready. Put it in a serving bowl and serve it topped with green onion leaves.
