Grated Pumpkin – 200 grams
Wheat flour – 2 cups
Cumin – 1 teaspoon
Ajwain – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Green chili – 1-2
Finely chopped coriander – 1-2 teaspoons
salt – as per taste

To make Pumpkin Paratha, first wash and peel the pumpkin thoroughly. Then grate it. After this add cumin, celery, garam masala, coriander powder, green chili, green coriander leaves and salt to the grated pumpkin and mix well. Now take flour in a bowl and knead it soft. Keep in mind that after kneading the dough, keep it for 10 minutes to set.
