You can complain with the help of the app
BSNL users can easily lodge complaints with the help of the company’s selfcare app. Let us tell you that no other company has such a facility at present. Come, let us know how you can report spam messages with the help of Selfcare app.
1. First of all open your phone BSNL Selfcare App.
2. Now you have to click on the three lines icon in the upper left corner of the screen.
3. After this you will have to scroll down and select Complaint and Preference option.
4. Then tap the three-line menu on the right and Report.
5. Now you have to click on New Complaint.
6. After this you will have to choose an option between SMS or voice call. And then complete information will have to be given.
7. Finally, after filling the details, you have to click on the submit button.
