Ingredients to make Amla Chutney
Amla – 8-10
Ginger – half inch piece
Green chili – 2-3
Garlic – 5-7 cloves
Green coriander – 4 tbsp
Mustard oil – 1 tsp
salt – as per taste

Amla Chutney Recipe
Amla chutney is very beneficial for health. To make this, first wash the Indian gooseberry, wipe it well and cut it into small pieces and remove the kernels separately. After this, finely chop the green chillies and coriander leaves as well. After this, cut ginger into small pieces or grate it. Now put the pieces of gooseberry, green chillies in a mixer jar and blend it for a minute.
Now open the lid of the mixer jar and put ginger, garlic, one spoon mustard oil, salt as per taste and some water in it. Now grind the chutney once again for 1 to 2 minutes by applying the lid. Keep in mind that the smooth paste of the chutney should be ready and there should not be any big piece of gooseberry left in it. Now take out the chutney in a big bowl. Tasty and healthy amla chutney is ready. It can be served in lunch or dinner. Amla chutney can be used for 4-5 days by keeping it in the fridge.
