BJP’s intentions are not clear- Rahul Gandhi
Because, on behalf of the opposition, Rahul Gandhi said that Mallikarjun Kharge received a call from Union Minister Rajnath Singh. Rajnath Singh asked the Speaker for support for his Speaker. The opposition has clearly said that we will support the Speaker but the opposition should get a Deputy Speaker. Rajnath Singh had said yesterday evening that he will return Kharge’s call. Till now, Kharge has not received any reply.
He further said that PM Modi is saying that there should be constructive cooperation but our leader is being insulted. In such a situation, his intentions are not clear. Narendra Modi They do not want any constructive cooperation. It is a tradition that the deputy speaker should be from the opposition. The opposition has said that if the tradition is maintained, we will give full support.

Actually, NDA has 293 Lok Sabha MPs. Whereas, All India Alliance has a majority of 233 MPs. Apart from this, other MPs have a majority of 16 MPs. In which BJP has 240 and TDP has 16, JDU has 12, LJP Ram Vilas has 5, JDS has 2, Jansena has 2 and Rashtriya Lok Dal has 2 MPs. Apart from this, NCP has 1, HAM has 1, Assam Gana Parishad has 1, United People’s Party Liberal has 1, Apna Dal has 1, Sikkim Krantikari Morcha has 1, All Jharkhand Student Union has 1.
