Follow this process to grow it at home
Like many other plants, you can grow Alphonso mango plant at home. To grow a plant at home, first of all you have to take a ripe Alphonso mango. After this you have to cut it and take out its seeds. You have to wash the seeds thoroughly with water and then keep them in the sun to dry. After this you have to open the seeds from the middle. Its inner part has to be removed. There will be a green bud inside it.
After this you have to take a container. Or the thing in which you are planting the sapling. After filling it with soil, make a hole in it. Because it should not be filled with water. After putting soil in it, make a small hole in the middle of the soil and place the seeds in it. After this you can rub a little turmeric on it. Due to this the seeds germinate quickly. After this add some more soil. Keep the container in a place where sunlight comes. Add water to it daily. Be careful not to fill the plant with water as it may damage the plant.
Shift the plant when it grows.
The seed germinates in a few weeks. When the plant is two-three years old. Then you can shift it outside. A place where there is good sunlight. After this you will also have to irrigate it regularly. When it becomes fully grown within two-three years. Then it will start bearing fruits.
