When can this rule be implemented
Canada is currently considering this rule and a decision in this regard can be taken after consultation with the concerned department. The Immigration Minister will be advised about this in a few days and according to media reports, these changes can be implemented from January 2025.

The duration of getting a post graduation work permit will depend on many factors. One of these is the length of the candidate’s study program. According to this, it can be from 8 months to 3 years. After this rule, those Indian students who are enrolled in those courses in which Canada does not have a shortage of workers may face problems.
These candidates will not get the facility
