Rajat Gupta had gone to Hathras on his bike for some work on the late night of 23 September. While returning, as soon as he reached near Kankali temple, a car hit him. Due to which the bike got damaged. Due to which the bike rider got seriously injured.

A car hit a bike rider near Kankali Mandir on Agra-Aligarh Highway in Sasni, due to which the bike rider was seriously injured. On receiving information from a passerby, Kotwali police reached the spot. Police took the injured to the district hospital in an ambulance, where doctors declared him dead. Police filled the Panchnama of the dead body and sent it for postmortem. Police informed the family members about the accident.

The family members reached the postmortem house, where the police filled the Panchnama of the dead body and got the postmortem done.
