Girl student injured in accident

On February 7, at 11 am, a Max vehicle loaded with students overturned in the fields near village Lohgarh. Due to this, 16 students who were going to appear for the intermediate board practical examination were injured. Of these, six have been referred from Atrauli Community Health Center to JN Medical College due to their critical condition.
The 12th class students studying in a private school located in village Nagla Harji of Kotwali area were going to give the practical examination at around 11 o’clock in the college located in village Mahaka of Palimukimpur area. All of them were sitting in a Max car along with a teacher. Near Lohgarh, the driver lost control of the car and the car overturned in a field on the roadside. Due to this there was an outcry among the students. Farmers working in the fields ran nearby and took out the students trapped in the vehicle and took them to the hospital.
Gajendra and Deepak son of Dinesh resident of Nagla Harji, Shivani daughter of Vijay Singh, Sheetal daughter of Netrapal resident of Kalyanpur, Madhuri daughter of Veeresh, Nandlal son of Badshah resident of Jamanpur were seriously injured. He has been referred to Aligarh from the Community Health Centre. Anjali, Sunita, Pavitra, Kajal, Durgesh, Geeta, Rajni, Sachin, Mahendra, Chandrapal were also injured in the accident. He was discharged from the hospital after first aid. About 25 students were present in the Max vehicle. Inspector Ranjit Singh said that all the students are out of danger. The matter is being investigated.
