Carrot – 200 grams
Onion – 1 chopped
Garlic – 3-4 cloves
Ginger – 1 piece
Vegetable oil – 1 tsp
Whole black pepper – crushed

Cream – 2 tbsp
water – as required

Carrot Soup Recipe
Clean the carrots thoroughly with water. Cut it and boil it by adding some drinking water in the cooker. Now keep the carrot and water in a separate vessel. Grind the boiled carrots in the mixie and make a paste. Now keep the pan on the gas. Add oil to it. Finely chop onion, garlic, ginger. First put garlic, ginger in the oil and fry it.
