ACP Mohsin was in the news not only in Kanpur but also during his earlier posting in Agra. The then SSP had received the complaint of Mohsin, who was working on the post of CA Taj Security in Agra, several times but no evidence could be found. For this reason no action was taken.

Befriending foreign tourists, he used to take them for shopping to a shop where Mohsin’s commission was set. Due to this Mohsin was earning a lot. After the dispute with the shopkeeper, his complaint was lodged with the then SSP but in the investigation no shopkeeper was ready to go against the CO, after which Mohsin was removed from Taj security.

During his posting in Collectorganj, Mohsin had great friendship with gamblers and bookies. According to sources, Mohsin was being discussed in the circle police station and cyber cell.
