There was a high voltage drama in Delhi on Saturday regarding the issue of reinstatement of bus marshal. Now a case has been registered against AAP minister Saurabh Bhardwaj in this matter. A case has been registered at Civil Lines police station under various sections of BNS. Apart from Saurabh Bhardwaj, names of other Aam Aadmi Party MLAs are also included. According to the information, the police have registered a case under sections 103 and 238 of BNS.
People of the capital were shocked on Saturday afternoon when they saw Chief Minister Atishi and Leader of Opposition Vijendra Gupta sitting in the same car. AAP MLA and minister were also in the car. Vijendra Gupta was sitting on the front seat. It was a matter of curiosity for the people of Delhi to see the party and the opposition sitting together in the car. Earlier, people kept trying to understand the whole story by watching the viral video of Ministers and MLAs holding the feet of Leader of Opposition Vijendra Gupta in the Delhi Secretariat.
After the cabinet note was passed, Chief Minister Atishi was asking the opposition leader and BJP MLAs to go to the Lieutenant Governor’s office. Suddenly Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj and other MLA leaders started holding the feet of the opposition. Earlier, some marshals had also held the feet of BJP MLAs during the cabinet meeting. AAP leaders said that the opposition leaders did not want to go to LG House and were running away from the spot. For this reason he was stopped.
After this the Chief Minister came down and sat in Vijendra Gupta’s car. On this, Vijendra Gupta kept roaming here and there in the car and started calling to order another car, but Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj forcefully made him sit in the car. After this Vijendra and Atishi reached LG House. An attempt was made to turn the car once or twice on the way.
Here, after not getting assurance after meeting the LG, Marshall and Delhi government ministers and MLAs sat on a dharna along with Marshall. Along with the bus marshals, ministers Saurabh Bhardwaj and Mukesh Ahlawat, MLAs Dilip Pandey, Sanjeev Jha, Kuldeep Kumar, Rajesh Gupta, Rohit Mehraulia, Ajay Dutt and others demanded the LG to sign the proposal. Also said that Delhi government fulfilled its promise. Now its your turn. However, later the police detained the minister and others, took them away after some time and released them. Saurabh Bhardwaj, who came to the protest, said that BJP has simply betrayed the marshals. All the ministers signed the cabinet note on Saturday. Now the signature of LG is awaited.
Accused of kicking female marshal
Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj alleged that he kicked the woman marshal who had gone to hold Vijendra Gupta’s feet while he was protesting outside the LG House. After this, when Saurabh took the crying woman to the police and asked her to write a complaint, instead of registering the complaint, the policemen went away laughing. The woman also confirmed this.
