The case registered against a dozen BJP MLAs including coal sector BJP MLA Anil Parashar in the case of protest without permission 16 years ago at the Barhadwari BJP office in Aligarh has been withdrawn. However, a recommendation regarding withdrawal of the case was made at the Governor level during the previous tenure of the BJP rule itself. But since the withdrawal order of the case was issued two months ago from the High Court level, the CJM Court has now issued the order of withdrawal of the case.
Giving information in this matter, BJP MLA and BJP’s advocate Shailendra Aggarwal said that Sanjeev Raja and Shantiswaroop Maheshwari died during the trial in this case registered in Bannadevi police station in the year 2007. However, as per the process that took place after Sanjeev Raja and Anil Parashar were elected as MLAs, in the year 2019, the government ordered to withdraw the cases. After this the Governor gave approval. But in the meantime, the process got postponed when the Honorable High Court’s permission was required regarding the withdrawal of the case. Later these people went to the High Court. From where the order came in their favor recently.
On the basis of this, CJM Sandeep Singh, the special court hearing MPMLA cases, has now ordered withdrawal of the case. The court accepted the application filed by the advocate under section 321. In which while ordering it has been said that now no other action is left. With this the case should be ended. Let us tell you that many accused in this case did not appear in the court for a long time. This order has been confirmed by Shailendra Aggarwal Advocate.
These were the accused in the case

The provocative speech aroused anger among some people of the area. During this time, cameras of some people were snatched and vandalized. In this case, a case was registered under sections 147, 153 A and 188.
