CBSE CTET December 2024 Exam Date: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has once again revised the examination date of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET 2024) for the December session. Now this examination will be conducted on 14 December 2024 instead of 15 December. This is the second time that the board has changed the date of December exam of CTET.
First CTET exam was scheduled to be held on 1 December 2024, which was later postponed to 15 December. Recently, due to some competitive examinations being scheduled on 15th December, the Board has once again revised the date of examination after requests from the candidates.
Exam will be conducted in so many cities
CBSE informed in its official notice that if the number of candidates is more in a particular city, then the examination in that city can also be conducted on December 15. This examination is planned to be conducted in 136 cities across the country.
Exam will be held on this day
It has been said by the board that now as per the information received from various candidates, some competitive examinations are to be conducted in some states/union territories on 15 December 2024 (Sunday). Therefore, keeping in mind the interest of the candidates, it has been decided to conduct the CTET exam on 14th December 2024 (Saturday).
Exam will be held in two shifts
Along with this, the last date to fill the application form for CTET 2024 is 16 October 2024. Interested and eligible candidates can apply by visiting the official website ctet.nic.in. The examination will be conducted in two shifts. The first shift will be from 9:30 am to 12 noon, while the second shift will be from 2:30 pm to 5 pm.
