CBSE CTET December Exam 2024 Date: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has made an important change in the date of CTET December 2024 exam. Earlier this exam was to be held on December 1, but now due to administrative reasons it will be held on December 15, 2024. In the official notice issued by CBSE, it has been said that if the number of candidates in a city is high, then the exam can also be held on December 14, 2024.

CBSE CTET December Exam 2024 Date: Last date for registration is 16 October 2024

There is good news for the candidates who want to appear in this exam that the registration process is still going on. The last date to apply is 16 October 2024. Interested candidates can apply online by visiting the official website of CTET ctet.nic.in.

CBSE CTET December Exam 2024 Date: Number of exam centers reduced

CBSE has reduced the number of exam centres for the CTET exam this time. While exam centres were set up in 184 cities for the July session, this number has been reduced to 132 for the December session. The exam will be conducted in two shifts – the first shift will be from 9:30 am to 12 noon, and the second shift will be from 2:30 pm to 5 pm.

CBSE CTET December Exam 2024 Date: This is the application fee

For the CTET December exam, general category candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 1,000 for one paper and Rs 1,200 for both papers. Whereas, for OBC, SC, and disabled category candidates, this fee is Rs 500 for one paper and Rs 600 for both papers respectively.

CBSE CTET December Exam 2024 Date: How to apply for CTET 2024

  1. Visit the official website of CTET, ctet.nic.in.
  2. Click on the Apply Online link.
  3. Now a new page will open, where you will have to fill the application form.
  4. Note down the registration number and upload the required documents.
  5. Pay the fee through debit card, credit card or net banking.
  6. Keep a copy of the application form with you for further need.
