There is great news for the youth looking for jobs. Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has started the application process for recruitment to the posts of Junior Assistant and Superintendent. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online from today by visiting the official website of CBSE www.cbse.gov.in. The last date of application has been fixed as 31 January 2025.

Through this recruitment drive, a total of 212 posts will be recruited in CBSE. In which 142 posts of Superintendent and 70 posts of Junior Assistant will be filled.
eligibility requirements
For the post of Superintendent, the candidate must have a graduation degree from any recognized university/institute. Whereas, Junior Assistant candidate must have passed 10+2 (Intermediate) from a recognized board.
Also, for both the posts, the candidate should have typing knowledge of 35 words per minute in English and 30 words per minute in Hindi.
age limit
Talking about the age limit of the candidates applying for recruitment, the minimum age for the post of Junior Assistant is 18 years and maximum 27 years. Whereas for Superintendent post the minimum age is 18 years and maximum 30 years. Reserved category candidates applying for recruitment will be given age relaxation as per government rules.
This much application fee will have to be paid
General/OBC/EWS candidates applying will have to pay a fee of Rs 800. Whereas SC/ST/PH/Women candidates can apply without paying fees.
How can you apply?
- step 1: To apply, candidates first visit the official site www.cbse.gov.in.
- Step 2: Now the candidates go to the “Recruitment” section on the homepage and click on the application link of the concerned post.
- Step 3: Then candidates complete the registration process and login.
- Step 4: Now candidates fill the required information in the form and upload documents, signature, photo.
- Step 5: After this the candidates should deposit the application fee.
- Step 6: Then candidates submit the form.
- Step 7: Candidates should download the form.
- Step 8: Finally, candidates should take a print out of the application form.
