Inside the Central Jail in Bihar, there was complete preparation for scuffle with the superintendent and deputy superintendent and firing outside. After insulting the officers inside the Muzaffarpur Shaheed Khudiram Bose Central Jail complex, there was a stir among the officers of the Home (Prison) Department when the information about the preparation to shake the entire system with a deadly attack outside came to the fore. The commotion is also because the names of the targets are Ravi Kumar alias Ravi Master and Kislay Kumar, who are said to be the right-hand men of the infamous Chunnu Thakur gang. Out of the notorious criminals whose involvement in the conspiracy came to light, nine have been identified and sent to different jails.
First information firing, then the plan of beating opened
According to the information received, Ravi Master and Kislay Kumar of the Chunnu Thakur gang lodged in Shaheed Khudiram Bose Central Jail conspired to fire against the jail administration by mobilizing other miscreants lodged in the jail. The jail administration lost sleep as soon as it got a whisper. The district magistrate was informed. Then on the instructions of DM, the jail administration has transferred nine notorious miscreants including Ravi Master and Kislay to Bhagalpur and Araria Jail. It has been written in the letter that on January 18, the Jail Superintendent received an intelligence that Ravi and Kislay along with their henchmen were preparing to fire on the Superintendent, Deputy Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent outside the jail. The day after this information, on January 19, it was reported from a prisoner that the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent were planned to be first argued and then beaten up during rounds inside the prison.
Allegations- even when called for questioning, there was a fight
All the identified prisoners were interrogated on the information about this plan to insult the jail officers and break their morale. It is being told that even during interrogation, the operatives along with Ravi Master and Kislay Kumar abused and manhandled the prison personnel. To control it, the jail administration used force. After this all of them were immediately kept in the high security room. Then late on Saturday night all of them were sent to Bhagalpur and Araria Jail. In his letter, the Jail Superintendent has also mentioned about inciting the prisoners on the basis of caste.
