The SSP had assured the village heads of removing Kotwal Brajesh Kumar Singh within ten days. Late night on 13th October, along with sending Brajesh Kumar Singh to IGRS cell, Haribhan Singh from Police Lines was made the new Kotwal of Chandaus. He took charge on 14 October.
