Shopkeeper Vikas Kumar tells that to make Chandrakala, flour is rolled well and cardamom powder, raisins, khoya and dry fruits are filled in it. Then it is filtered in a pan with hot oil. After filtering, Chandrakala is dipped in sugar syrup. Along with dipping the sweet in syrup, a hole is also made in it so that the sweetness increases further. Once prepared, it becomes so delicious that even barfi and raspberries pale in comparison to it. This sweet is not only delicious, but the method of making it is also simple.
