One of this fast food item is Chilli Momos. To eat this delicious dish, you will have to come near Municipality Chowk of Chapra city. Here Manoranjan Kumar runs a stall under the name Maa Momos for the last 13 years. Crowds of people gather here every day to eat chilli momos.
Chilli momos have been feeding people for 13 years
Manoranjan told that for the last 13 years he has been setting up his cart near the Municipality Chowk of Chhapra. Chillimomos are prepared and fed to people at the cart itself. People come here from far and wide to eat this fast food item. He told that the spices for making chillimomos are prepared at home. This is the reason why it tastes so amazing.
Manoranjan’s style of making chilli momos is also quite special. As soon as the stove is lit, high flames start rising. People nearby start watching. The game does this on purpose to entertain. On this pretext, a crowd of people gather to see and ask. Only then we realize that this is their style of making chillimomos.
Earning of two and a half to three thousand rupees daily
Manoranjan Kumar told that chillimomos are made in a special way. Those who take Swachh once will definitely come back to eat again. Manoranjan told that people are given 10 pieces of plain momos for Rs 40 and 20 pieces of momos for Rs 80. Talking about chilli momos, half plate momos are served to the customers for Rs 50 and full plate momos for Rs 100. Manoranjan told that he earns two and a half to three thousand rupees per day. He told that they also take orders for weddings and other types of parties.
