You can also complain to TTE

Then you can go to the Train Ticket Examiner i.e. TTE present in the train. There the TTE will have to explain the entire situation. After this TTE will forward your complaint further. After this, a technician will be sent by the Railways to the next station to repair your charging point. Apart from this, you can also send your complaint directly to Indian Railways on social media platforms.
