Reaction on Bharat Ratna Award Winner: of the center Narendra Modi After Karpoori Thakur and Lal Krishna Advani, the government has announced three more names for Bharat Ratna this year. The government has appointed former Prime Minister Chaudhary Charan Singh, P.V. Narasimha Rao and Swaminathan, known as the father of the Green Revolution, have also been announced to be given Bharat Ratna this year. After this decision, many reactions are coming on social media platform X (earlier Twitter).
Jayant Chaudhary, grandson of Chaudhary Charan Singh and son of former Union Minister Ajit Singh, has also expressed happiness about this decision of the Central Government. Rashtriya Lok Dal chief Jayant Choudhary, replying to a message written by the Prime Minister, posted on Instagram, “Hearts won.”

At the same time, Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav said, “Many congratulations, former Prime Minister of the country Chaudhary Charan Singh dedicated his entire life for the welfare of the farmers. Samajwadi Party had also demanded Bharat Ratna for Chaudhary Charan Singh. “Congratulations to all those who have received this honour. As far as RLD’s alliance with BJP is concerned, there is no such information. These things are in the media only and are being known from there itself.”

Poet Dr. Kumar Vishwas also welcomed this decision of the government and wrote on X, “Late Chaudhary Saheb was worthy of respect for the farmers of the entire country but for us residents of Western Uttar Pradesh, he was the patriarch of every household. On the other hand, Congress leader Sonia Gandhi said on PV Narasimha Rao and Chaudhary Charan Singh as well as agricultural scientist MS Swaminathan receiving Bharat Ratna, I welcome this decision.
