Shopkeeper Bablu Prasad told Local 18 that this shop is more than 50 years old. He told that this shop was started by my father Shambhu Prasad. Now I am managing the shop. He told that my son also helps after studies. He told that special attention is paid to cleanliness here. After that, Khoya is prepared by burning pure cow buffalo milk on coal fire. We prepare delicious Kalakand by adding cardamom, raisins and other things in Khoya. This is the reason why people come here from far and wide to eat Kalakand. Along with this, he told that Kalakand is also made on order. He told that people take Kalakand from here to Dubai. He told that the pure Kalakand which was available 50 years ago. The same Kalakand is available even today. Due to which people have a lot of faith in my sweets.
Customer Jaiprakash Kumar Singh told Local 18 that when we were very young, father used to buy Kalakand from this shop. It was very good. But since I grew up, I come here to eat Kalakand. He said that cleanliness is especially observed here and the Kalakand here is also very pure. Due to which I have been eating Kalakand from here for more than 15 years. He said that this shop is very old and is also famous for its delicious sweets.
